What is the 100-day trial policy?
We offer a 100-day trial on all orders. If you aren't completely satisfied with your barefoot experience, you can return your shoes within 100 days for a full refund, even if you have worn them outside.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold, while express options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

We offer a wide range of vegan styles made from recycled synthetic materials. These are clearly marked with a 'Vegan' icon on the product page. For our non-vegan styles, we use sustainably sourced wild hide leather.
