We offer a 100-day trial period on all footwear, allowing you to experience the benefits of barefoot movement with the option for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. Products must be returned in clean condition and inclusive of their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the footwear in its original box and secure it inside a mailing bag or secondary box to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
